My Betta fish is sick?

the striped raphael is bullying your betta. take the striped raphael out of the 10, and take him back to the pet store. After you treat the betta for his infected fins, it's safe to move him back into the 10. But-i cant stress this enough- take out the raphael, believe it or not, bettas love to be by themselves.
