Neither. You never accept the null hypothesis. You reject it, when the obtained value of the test statistic exceeds the critical value, but here it doesn't. You would "not reject" or "fail to reject" it, and you would state that "the sample does not provide sufficient grounds to reject the null hypothesis at the ...% confidence level".
