Dockweiler versus Bolsa Chica?

Ok so I need a beach where we can have a barbecue. A place with a good picnic area and such. Both dockweiler and Bolsa chica have this but between the two which one is cleaner? Which one is less crowded? And overall between dockweiler and bolsa chica which one is better? Oh and a BBQ pit is a must! Please and thanks (in advance) for all ur answers (:
