What do I do with my Stripped Raphael Catfish predicament?

Turn the temperature to 85+ degrees, but less than 90 degrees. Freshwater ich will die off at this temperature. Also make sure the tank is dark so that stress is at a minimum. Perform a large water change on the tank as well, to help remove the medicine from the water.
