How to get back with my grilfriend?

recently at the starting of this month she broke up with me.the reason being that she said i'm feeling too much guilt and all.she's from a deep orthodox family.and the second reason she said that i criticize and whine a lot.since then i'm begging and doing all the things to convince and get her back.she is ready to be my good friend.these days she texts me almost 24hours but saying that just as a good friend.and it seems to me impossible to move on as she says.she knows that i love her like anything but still.....she says she cant take any risks and all coz her family situation is quite critical.i dunno what to do.anyone plz give some suggestions.
